Corporate and Non-Profit Team Wellness, Retreats & Classes: Would you like to offer something special to your employees to help them feel more supported and inspired?  Everyday Mindfulness offers guided meditations, deep relaxation sessions, and facilitated mindfulness classes and retreats for groups of all sizes.  Opportunities include zoom or in-person sessions.

Mindfulness Basics Course: This course covers the basics of mindfulness meditation, including mindfulness of the body, breath, mind and heart.  Participants walk away with a solid understanding of the practice of mindfulness and practical tools to use in everyday life.  6-8 week long class series (60-minute class weekly).

Mindfulness Training for Educators & Non-Profit Executives & Employees: Emily is happy to work directly with outdoor educators, classroom teachers, and other non-profit employees to provide tools for wellness and self-care in challenging situations.
